Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He worked with me for well over a year, getting me pre-approved and keeping me up to date on the market conditions as I was going through my house hunt. Great customer service. Very fast response with questions, answers, and providing documents. I worked with Todd on two purchases, both done with great care and concern about my end of the deal. During one of the purchases, new regulations for real estate transactions required a whole new set of rules. Todd was right on top of it again with great service.

I had come across Jeff when browsing Zillow for a refinance rate. I had sent a request to him on a Saturday afternoon and he returned my call immediately!Jeff walked my wife and I through all the documentation and was always available to answer questions any time of the day.He has superior customer service, professionalism and knowledge.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.There is a reason why he is 5 stars...call him and find out why!!

We have worked with Eric a couple of times. First on a purchase loan and then a refi as well. Eric has been fantastic to deal with, and that's why we went back to him for our refinance. He's very quick to respond, very knowledgeable, communicates very well and is overall very easy to work with. The 5 stars are well deserved.
