Todd is a great communicator and on top of all the details. I have never purchased a home before and he walked me through all the steps so I could understand the process. He was available by email, phone and texting. Highly recommend him.

Working with Todd to close on our mortgage was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely responsive and continued to keep us updated every step of the way. Thanks Svetlana for being an outstanding broker and closing the deal in 20 days.From the very beginning, we were able to send tailored pre-approval letters, so that we don’t overpay for the house. Then, after our offer got accepted on 3/8, it’s been smooth sailing with minimal attention required on our side to financial process, all the way to the closing on 3/28. I’m very happy with the result, as I’m sure anyone else would be.
