I highly recommend Jeff. He got us a great rate, found us the perfect loan, and kept in constant contact - including late nights, over weekends, and especially during closing. I found Jeff on Zillow when I was browsing for available mortgage rate. I got his response within 24 hours. We met in person on the following day. Jeff knew what worked best for me and gave me really good advices. Three weeks later (March 11th, 2015), my refinance is completed and signed with 3.68% APR from 4.85% 30 years fixed. Those three week work (95% by Jeff) saves me 12% monthly payment. I'm really happy to know Jeff. Jeff is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
