I can keep this one short and sweet. I have really nothing negative to say about Jeff and his team. I purchased a home (closed 01/23/14) and I had pretty aggressive closing terms. Jeff was able to secure me my loan in under a month even while he was on vacation for much of it. For the things I care about in a loan broker/officer, Jeff was tops for more or less all of the them. I found Jeff's information on Zillow and decided to take a chance. I don't regret it! I was on the market to refinance my FHA loan into a Conventional loan. I contacted Jeff and got a call back very fast. On that first phone call Jeff pulled my credit report and did some quick research on similar home sales in my area. Jeff responded quickly to the request for information and quote. He guided us through the process and was flexible for what times worked for us. The lender asked for a road maintenance agreement but Jeff worked with them to waive the requirement and worked with the bank to extend our rate lock while it was worked out.

I selected Jeff because when I asked him questions, he gave me a range of options and oftentimes knew what I needed before I could figure it out. Then when the first appraisal came in low (requiring me to start paying PMI), I expected him to advise me to just take it - for the easy way out. Instead he said it was worth taking a risk on switching banks and paying for a second appraisal. I did and it paid off! I got to avoid paying thousands of dollars a year in unnecessary PMI.
