I shopped around extensively before going with Jeff. Jeff got the nod because he had the best pricing, he was the most knowledgeable, and he was very responsive to my inquiries. And then he really impressed me by taking our loan application and locking the rate after hours, going well beyond the call of duty. Having had several disappointing experiences with providers via the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace who simply couldn't close the loan of a well qualified applicant, I can say first hand that Jeff LaDue is head and shoulders above the rest. Jeff knows his stuff, is extremely professional and understands the nuances of getting a loan closed vs. the other guys. Because everyone pretty much as access to the same deals, don't waste your time with anyone else, go with Jeff.

We liked his services extremely. We got a lot of information about refinancing home. Educated us about the different possibilities fith different types of loans. Also, he ensured there is some one looking at our loan process while he was OOF, so there was never a time we were in dark about the process. Very thorough in documentation. This is the second time that Jeff has refinanced for us and both times were amazingly easy, inexpensive and painless. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone who wants a quick (relatively speaking), hassle-free refinance of their existing mortgange.

Todd went the extra mile many times to get a very challenging loan for me. He read the fine print when the lender balked and basically called their bluff. He was quick to return calls and emails and kept me informed all along the way. This is the second loan Todd has done for me. I will never use anyone else.
