Jeff made the whole process very easy, understandable, and convenient with my busy work schedule. He even was able to get me a lower interest rate after I had one locked in since the APR rate dropped!
Jeff is clearly knowledge and responds quickly. In my case, we had everything squared away for a refi and were to sign papers on the Monday. Over that weekend, though, we found a house we liked. I called him on Saturday afternoon. He pre-approved me to buy the new house and canceled the refi (which had obviously been quite a bit of work for him) and then followed through to help me with the new home financing. I've previously refinanced my home through him, so I have a lot of experience working with him.
Jeff was very easy to deal with. All quotes were accurate and fees well explained in advance. I had no surprises with this loan. I have refi'd and purchased multiple homes and Jeff ranks at the TOP for ease and transparency. I will definately use again if and when I purchase or refi.
This is our first time to process refinancing.Jeff provided us all the details and not gave us any pressure to make quick decision. He is very patient and pleasant to work with.Also he is listen what we are looking for and trying to find the product that work better with our situation.
