I have worked with many Mortgage Brokers and in my experience I have yet to come across any who have came close to having the follow through and communication that I have seen in Jeff LaDue. I honestly believe that he cares and understands how important this process is to his customers and he works to find the best possible loan to fit their needs. Jeff was extremely helpful on my refinance. He made the process simple, making sure that when we met the meeting was smooth and that I had all of the materials I needed. He took the time to walk me through every step, answer any and all of my questions, and he was always available when I needed him to be. You couldn't find a better mortgage broker if you tried... so go with Jeff. We recently refinanced our home and really put Jeff through the ringer with 1001 questions, phone calls and emails. Jeff was always patient with us and took the time to not only answer our questions but to make sure we understood the information. Going through a refi can be nerve racking. Jeff is the gold standard for mortgage brokers. He is very personable. His response time is immediate. He is upfront and provides full disclosure. We compared his rates and frankly they are very hard to beat. The turn around is terrific. We have used Jeff twice now for refinancing properties and he is outstanding. By the time I managed to reach out to Jeff, after couple of missed calls, it was after work hours. Not only was he gracious enough to accept the call, but explained in detail all the available interest options for me and the consequences of choosing each of them. He also took pains to explain the breakdown in detail when all this could have been done over the email. Jeff was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you with the mortgage process. He follows through on what he says he will do and gives you straight answers. His rates are the best. He beat all of the banks and other online sources we looked at and we were able to close on our refinance in roughly 2 weeks. Jeff also has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Jeff and I would work with him again in the future without hesitation.

I've worked with Jeff for many years now. He's always had his client's best interest in mind. He's informed, attentive, and very detail oriented.
