Todd helped us through a long and challenging re-fi. He was able to navigate through some difficult territory and get us to close a deal that was more than we expected. We were tough customers. I can only imagine how efficient he is with more traditional projects.

Jeff was extremely helping with the entire process. I have never seen a smoother transaction, from start to finish we were done in 3 weeks. After meeting Jeff in person, we could tell that he was going to be a great guy to work with. He was very open and honest, and anytime we had a question or concern, he was quick to reply, by phone I might add, to reassure us. During our loan approval process the bank that was originally chosen was starting to drag their feet. Jeff was quick thinking and recommended that we switch to a different bank after taking it upon himself to reach out to the new bank's their underwriter to see if they could get us approved. We were putting in a last minute offer on a home and Jeff worked with us all through the weekend and on evenings around our schedule to get the job done! Jeff helped us make our first house purchase in the US. Todd is a miracle worker! He is knowledgeable and tenacious in figuring out what works best for each client and how to serve each customer with their varying individual needs. He came on recommendation from a friend in the same "self employed, variable income" boat. He went the extra mile for our household by speaking with our accountant so that our taxes were filed correctly and expeditiously to get the refi completed in early spring. I would recommend him to everyone!

He helped us get a great rate and much lower months payment! We were very happy with the results. He kept on it until it was all finished up. We really appreciated his hard work and are much happier with our payment.

Jeff saved us $5,000 a year with the better rate and helped us get rid of our PMI. I would highly recommend him. He came in with much more competitive products than Wells Fargo.
