I won a watch from the Wheel and was sent the wrong watch. Watch Gang has been unresponsive to my requests to exchange the watch received

I've been a member for about 6/months, paying $100/month. so far I've received one watch I felt was worth all the hype, and that was just barely. almost every watch they have sent can be purchased online for about $75-$200.

This service was something i was really excited for got my first watch and my bonus watch yesterday. The first watch was a brand I never heard of and cant find anything online to purchase the same watch. Charles Hutton watches the watch came NOT WORKING could not tick more then a minute before stopping. Had to send a video and they want me to return it. This was totally a waste of money. I spun 4 or more times and always received a watch at the tier 4 or 3 level - even though I purchased the maximum amount of points. The site is totally misleading and I will certainly let my fellow collectors know via social media about my experience here.

Very disappointed so far. Did a spin, won a mediocre watch (I expected that and was fine with it) it arrived not working. Was told to take pictures and send to them. No response. I’m not wasting any more time chasing the repair of a cheap watch. Caveat Emptur....
