watch gang would be a lot better if they didn't send you broken watches. customer support takes 24-48 hours to respond, but they make it that you have to email back and forth for weeks. I've had a busted watch for almost 4 weeks. not even close to this matter being resolved.

I have ask several time to return items and cancel my subscription with no Answer. All of the watches I chose are nothing like my profile they are ugly.

I’m in the UK joined and was happy with the price for the watch - come back from holiday and now I have a £50 tax bill on my door step - with this included the watch is cheaper to by in the UK so it’s all been a massive waste of time - burying this in your T&C’s is not an excuse 😡

I am very disappointed with them. I had Black Subscription. The first watch a Nautis Dive Chrono 500, it looks like a good watch but I wear it for the first time and an element of the closure is broken, I am waiting for a solution. The second watch, a Nautis Stealth 200 (same brand...), made in China according to the box, very simple, quartz movement. I paid for it 99 of the subscription, shipping 34.82, plus customs fees 40, total 173.82. I have seen Seiko watches on Amazon for the same price ... I will not repeat

Awful customer service and if try and offer tips to have better customer service you’ll be blocked and removed. Plus it’s a scam promising watches of equal or greater value in each tier. The watches they send out are a joke. Stay clear of them

I live in the UK. I received the watch on Friday and also received a text from FedEx stating I need to pay import tax of £47.16. This was not made clear to me when I joined watch gang, or when my first watch was posted. I have no choice but to pay this but I have to cancel my subscription/membership as this is unfair and unaffordable.
