I've received two watches from Watch Gang on black tier. Just opened my second one after waiting on the absurdly slow shipping, and it's almost identical to the first watch. I've gotten two green-faced Nautis watches that are not substantially different one from the other. If I wanted to get the same watch over and over I'd just go buy G-Shocks from Walmart. Such a disappointment. It was fun while it lasted.

At first great, now I get the cheapest thing they have and the few watches I have from Watch Gang is cheaper on the internet. Spun the wheel today Tuer four and another low end watch. There is no value anymore in what your shipping me

Terrible customer service since they removed their phone support. It's 24 hour minimum on a weekday to hear back about something. Got a watch that has multiple people saying there is an issue with the crown and the watch gang support suggestion is to put a bandage over the crown and force it with a pair of pliers.

Nice concept but the watches in the subscription plans (had platinum) are unfortunately not up to the quality I expected. Just because a company sets a retail price of $900, it doesn't mean the watch is actually worth that much. I got a Chinese made mechanical watch claiming to be worth ~$900 on the manufacturers website (and not available anywhere else) which is ludicrous! I would rather have spent the $300 I paid on an automatic Seiko.

I've been a member now for a month I received my 1st watch and the value is no more than what my membership fee is which I was told it would be above or more so somebody isn't time to truth
