I have received three watches so far none of them seem to be of a great value... If anything maybe a little overpriced for copycat versions of legitimately nice watches

When orders come to uk you get an unexpected delivery tax charge which ain’t stated 3 watches newly £28 per watch it’s a joke

Customers should be able to contact by phone same day instead of waiting around for an email back for days!!! I can't get ahold of anyone! And an on demand account shouldn't be charged every 3 months as if u we're subscribed to the quarterly subscription!!!

Initially received a faulty watch. WG was kind enough to exchange it. WG asked that I would prefer another random brand watch or getting the same brand again. as i felt that the quality of that brand is questionable, I opt for a random brand. Felt so jaded after weeks of waiting and WG send back the same brand, same watch again.

Sent my watch to the wrong person not even same country then ignored me not the best for my first month of platinum I expected much more in the way of care and service the Facebook team is even reading my messages and not responding
