I have had two months of subscription debited from my card but haven’t received one watch yet. I have tried reaching out to Watch Gang with no response.

A nightmare if you’re from the UK, extremely long delivery times. Up to two or three weeks longer than anything else I order from the states. Latest parcel, the result of a wheel spin took just under a month to arrive, with custom charges included its cost me in excess of $200 dollars. The wait, the money and the box was empty, two emails so far to WG customer service and received only automated excuses. Very poor.

Worst customer service...nearly two weeks for my watch to get to me (two states away), and so-so quality on a watch brand nobody has ever heard of. I was on the platinum plan, and could never get a hold of customer service (well they did get back to me about 6 days later). They said they only had six CSRs and apparently that is not enough for this terrible company. Canceled after one delivery. Too many other options to take a chance with these guys.
RecommendedReceived my first black tier watch today being a chronologia black trekker.... Very nice watch. Had one spin on the wheel winning a redshift 7 I was very disappointed with this watch, the bessel was very tacky and would definitely be one of the watches that shows the negative side of the wheel gamble but hope to see if my second black tier watch is of better quality.
I purchased their spin the wheel on the watch gang website, selected all the watches I liked the look of, some good options actually, even the tier 1s, but I think I've realised it's a scam or broken service. When I spun the wheel I didn't expect to land on the "Holy Grail" and when it did my heart slipped a beat because it meant I was getting an omega, but you know what they say right? Watch Gang sends out cheap, re-branded Alibaba watches every month to its members, making them think they are getting something of greater value than what they paid. Scam and ripoff in my opinion. Also, their exchange page run by Brent Azus and Mark Andrews is horrible, you are muted/booted for simply speaking your mind. You're not allowed to have an opinion. Something needs to change over there or that page will eventually self-implode.
I haven't received my Black watch yet but I did receive my "bonus" watch I bought when signing up, and it has me nervous. Yes it was only $40 ($350 MSRP) but it's the cheapest piece of junk I've ever touched. A $20 Timex feels like a Rolex next to it... Morphic M74. A band you'd find on a $20 Omega knockoff on Alibaba. Cheap junk. You only get something nice if you are in the platinum tier or higher. The head mod of the exchange page is a total N/-\z1. Better not speak ill of Chicane square faces or you get the banhammer. Don’t waste your money. If you like Deep Blue, hop on DHgate and you can find them unbranded for $40 straight from their wholesaler in China, same goes for a bunch of their crap.
