This is the second mortgage I have done with Watermark in the past two months. The rates have been excellent, and the costs fair. Casey Lamm and Kimberly Campbell handled both of my loans, and they both did a great job of getting us across the finish line. I would recommend them without hesitation if you need a mortgage with a minimal amount of hassle.

Jesse Somberg & his team went above and beyond to provide us with a new loan on our primary residence and also helped us get preapproved on a second home loan. Loans these days are paper intensive Mr Sombersg's team was on top of it the entire time. They also helped us get the best rate available.
Jesse and his team were friendly, courteous, helpful, explained everything quickly by phone, and email, and by text as needed. We got a great loan and rate. I'm so grateful to have been paired with Brock when I found Watermark through Bankrate. He is organized, efficient, and kept his eye on the prize the entire time. My builder recommended that I only go with a local mortgage company, so I was skeptical to go with an online company. But their rates were so much lower I decided I would try it. I am glad I did. Dominic Cutuli was great! He was very responsive to all of my questions, and followed up with me regularly throughout the whole building process. My realtor and builder were very impressed and couldn't believe the rate that I locked in at. I'm very glad I went with WaterMark.
Nick Davis at Watermark is very responsive and easy to work with. Watermark also has a very easy process for uploading documents- much better than a bunch of faxes / emails. Their fees and rate were the best I found; I recommend them for home loans.
