I'm so grateful to have been paired with Brock when I found Watermark through Bankrate. He is organized, efficient, and kept his eye on the prize the entire time. My builder recommended that I only go with a local mortgage company, so I was skeptical to go with an online company. But their rates were so much lower I decided I would try it. I am glad I did. Dominic Cutuli was great! He was very responsive to all of my questions, and followed up with me regularly throughout the whole building process. My realtor and builder were very impressed and couldn't believe the rate that I locked in at. I'm very glad I went with WaterMark.
Nick Davis at Watermark is very responsive and easy to work with. Watermark also has a very easy process for uploading documents- much better than a bunch of faxes / emails. Their fees and rate were the best I found; I recommend them for home loans.
As a first time home buyer, I was somewhat of a novice on the lending process (and had lots of detailed questions). David Phelps was always responsive (often within minutes), understanding, answered all my questions, and kept the process on track for an on-time close. I can be a demanding customer (frustrating some vendors), but David was always calm, supportive, and clear in his communications. I couldn't have asked for a better lending partner. I highly recommend Watermark.
Casey and his team did a great job holding together the application process under some extraordinary circumstances, keeping it on track even as one of the co-borrowers passed away, and navigating through complex administrative and legal issues. The final rate was very competitive - a friend in the industry thought that the number was for an ARM, but was surprised to hear that it was 30 year fixed rate - very low!
Title says it all. I had a very positive experience and the team at Watermark answered all my questions quickly and funded the loan on time with the best interest rate and lowest fees.
Casey helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him, a real pleasure to work with. Refinancing seemed like it was going to be a huge ordeal but this proved to be otherwise.
