I took some time to refi my primary residence and I wasn’t sure how to proceed with the loan. Brock help me thru every step and ensured I get the best deal possible. I wouldn’t have gotten the offer I got if it is not with Brock. Very satisfied with the service and so happy I was able to reduce the monthly payment by 350$.

I had a wonderful experience working with Brock he went over and above the call of duty to help me through a painful refinance I would highly recommend him to all he is very kind, personable and yet highly skilled at his work a rare combination indeed ! We have worked with Brock twice. Both times, he gave the best rate possible, was thorough in his process (e.g. he gave the list of papers and information upfront that he needed from us - saving time and frustration), and kept us in the loop when timeline had to change for some reason. He even gave good advice when we were considering buying a property, without knowing if the new business will come his way. He is our first choice whenever we need help with home loan or refi!

Worked with Watermark twice (original loan then re-fi 3 yrs later). Brock specifically made re-fi very easy. Best rates I could find anywhere with my excellent credit. All my options clearly explained (I decided to pay down out of jumbo to get an amazing 15yr rate). Brock was fast, reliable, clear, & advocated for me. Recommend without hesitation.
