I was working with another lender who came very well recommended. However, when it came down to it, the lender was offering me a rate that did not seem like a good deal to me. I did some research and found Watermark. I contacted them and quickly Casey Lamm reached out to me. He offered me a great rate and showed me all the fees I was going to pay. We are completely happy with the way Philippe handled our refinance. We felt that he had our best interest at heart. He answered all our questions, kept us up to date through the whole process and kept with the timeline promised. Philippe was very helpful and answered all questions I had along with Genelle assisting him. This was just a refi on my house and it took just a little longer than I had hoped. Although, it was still fairly quick.
