Brock is very well knowledgeable about loans and different ways to go with. He was so helpful showing me how I can go with my request and what to expect and details I have to know about each step or approach. Eventually I was able to get a Home Equity Line of Credit with short amount of time and with a good rate.

We found Brock online and frankly I called him with some apprehension. Was surprised to find him very helpful, articulated, honest and actually helping me with my loan. He had expert suggestions on the best rate, how long to hold that rate, how to work conveniently with the builder to execute the tons of paperwork in time. Last but not the least, he is very patient that is a plus for any customer. Brock, you rock!!!

Mr. Brock Hicks was professional and extremely helpful in securing our mortgage loan. Mr. Hicks identified crucial issues in our loan process with initial lender who obviously neglected when we were shopping around for better rates. He immediately discussed our loan issue with his underwriter and came up feasible solutions to our problems and solved our concerns. Additionally, the mortgage rate was the best available at the time we were shopping.

When I was looking at buying a home last year I called around and got different rate quotes. When I contacted or was contacted by Brock I recieved an excellent rate and he was easy to talk to, laid back and friendly. I took some time to refi my primary residence and I wasn’t sure how to proceed with the loan. Brock help me thru every step and ensured I get the best deal possible.
