I'm in the process of purchasing a 4 plex as owner occupied property. Nick Vujnovich is my Loan Officer. It is going well so far. My credit when they pulled was 739, Nick suggested a few items and could improve the score to cross 740 to get the better rate. We just hit a discrepancy of the downpayment %, Initially we agreed for 20% Downpayment, Some how they changed to 25% and we're close to close-of-escrow.
