Regan was always available at anytime. He was very knowledgeable and didn't over sell the process. He was interested in building a long term relationship and not just getting the deal done. I had reached out to several brokers before I connected with him and he far exceeded all the competition as well as my expectations.

We contacted watermark home loans as a recommendation from our realtors, Mike / Mary Jafarkhani and Talia, from RE/MAX Premier Realty. Watermark specializes in obtaining financing for those who have W2 employment and have self-employment income. Once there is self-employment income involved the process gets very complex. I've refinanced with Watermark a few times in the last 8 years or so, and they never disappoint. Every time I see an opportunity or a need I know Watermark will take care of it. This time Paul Graham handled my case, and I especially want to thank him because he went above and beyond to resolve issues that were quite unique to this case. This time my refinancing was very challenging due to personal reasons, but Paul made it happen.

Casey did a great job communicating the process, costs,...and everything went through without issues. I was able to completed everythi g online and by phone with the eception of the signing which took place at my house. Overall working with watermark was smooth and they met all of their promises.

Stacy was extremely proactive and attentive to questions. Always willing to help out even when she was on vacation. If we ever decide to get another refi we'll definitely go with her again. Thank you again for making this experience feel seamless.

This was our second time to refi our house and we came back to Casey. Last time Casey was more than helpful and understanding about all of our questions. This time around we didn't have as many questions but Casey was still there for the ones we did have, and with quick responses. He has our business.

I recently refinanced the mortgage on my single family home. Having done this process multiple times over the years, I knew what to expect. However, with financial institutions having tightened their underwriting process since 2008, the process took a bit longer and required more documents than in the past.
