Casey did a great job communicating the process, costs,...and everything went through without issues. I was able to completed everythi g online and by phone with the eception of the signing which took place at my house. Overall working with watermark was smooth and they met all of their promises.

Stacy was extremely proactive and attentive to questions. Always willing to help out even when she was on vacation. If we ever decide to get another refi we'll definitely go with her again. Thank you again for making this experience feel seamless.

This was our second time to refi our house and we came back to Casey. Last time Casey was more than helpful and understanding about all of our questions. This time around we didn't have as many questions but Casey was still there for the ones we did have, and with quick responses. He has our business.

I recently refinanced the mortgage on my single family home. Having done this process multiple times over the years, I knew what to expect. However, with financial institutions having tightened their underwriting process since 2008, the process took a bit longer and required more documents than in the past. I absolutely loved working with Stacy!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms for you. She kept me up to date at every step of the process and always had the numbers broken down for me. She always answered my calls, texts, and emails, not matter what time of the day or where she was. I never had to wait for an answer from her. Stacy knows her clients very well and has everything you need when asked. I look forward to working with you again when it's time to re-finance!!!! :)

We worked with Martin Franco and it was a great experience. He promptly replied to all our requests every single time. The process was just as explained and it was as quoted and within the time frame. Martin guided us through the process from the time he provided us a quote through the day the loan funded. Truly a seamless process. We appreciate Martin being there every step of the way. We've purchased and refinanced in the past, but this is the best experience ever. Martin Franco and Watermark are well recommended!

Our loan officer David Phelps of Watermark Home Loans definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. We found David online through Bankrate.com. We were very skeptical about using online lender at first. However David made us feel very comfortable with him. Just because he sees some downfalls doesn't mean he gives up he continues to work at it until he succeeds. We've worked with Casey a couple times, and he remains a joy to work with. He's responsive, thorough, and follows through when he commits. There's no question on who we'll go to for our next home purchase or refi!
