Worked with Ryan and he was great. Explained the rates and loan process in detail and was offered a good rate with reasonable costs. The portal was an efficient way to submit information and was very user friendly. Ryan and his team was able to complete the process and close our refinance loan with 3 weeks. I have already recommended Ryan and Watermark to my other family members.
I reached out to Watermark Home Loans after seeing their advertised mortgage refi rate on Bankrate.com. I was promptly contacted by Vincent Jackson, who queried me for details of my loan needs. Thomas Cross from watermark home loans was very responsive and patient responding to all my questions and concerns. He gave me the best rates as I had shopped around. The closing costs were comparatively high but the lender credit balanced it out. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I searched far and wide locally and nationwide both with banks, brokers, website brokers, and so on. It came down to Thomas and one other company that would have saved me a tiny bit more......but I gave my business to Thomas because of the absolute care and attention he gave me in the loan-shopping process.
