I applied for a home refinance online and within an hour I received a call from Alex with Watermark Home Loans. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating through the whole process and always answered the phone or texted backed when I called him. The process was very professional and extremely efficient. I was able to complete the entire mortgage refinance with closing in about 3 weeks! I would highly recommend Alex and Watermark.

There was a mix-up on how much money I wanted in the loan. They wouldn't handle a small $50,000 loan so I had to go up to $75,000 and that unexpectedly raised the interest rate from 2.325 to 2.625. However, throughout this William was responsive and always had a great attitude and did his best to help when needed.
Best rates out there when I shopped, responsive and competitive, made it as simple as a refi can be. Refinanced an investment property, my personal residence, my finance's home, and my parent's rental all through Rob with glowing reviews from both my parents and fiance from working with him as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
