I had had a bad experience with the refi I had been attempting (better dot com) and decided to go with Watermark--and gosh, I wish I'd done that the first time! Mark Hoagland and his co-workers made everything go just incredibly smoothly, and saved me an absolute ton of money. Very grateful here!
