Ryan gave us options, communicated and locked us a better rate than expected! 13 basis points better. We applied with two other lenders and it wasn't even close. Ryan's pricing beat them hands down. Not only was the pricing amazing there were no points and the closing costs were very minimal. The experience was awesome and virtually everything was done online. We worked with Alex Perez on refinancing our home. He was wonderful and always available to help answer questions throughout the entire process.
