This was our second time working with Jason and he has been instrumental in helping my parents with their home loan. Jason, Arthur and the Watermark team were there for us every step of the way. Moses made my refinance go smoothly without any hiccups whatsoever. I definitely highly recommend him if you are looking to do a refinance on a mortgage. The actual underwriting part of it was much less painful than my first mortgage!
