WaterMark is the best lender I have ever worked with. There are several points I would like to mention here. First, they provided really low interest rate for my refinancing. Even though during this pandemic period most lenders are giving relatively low rates already, none of several other lenders could compete WaterMark's rate. Man, these guys are great! Let me first begin with saying this guys have some of the lowest rates in the market right now! I was able to land a 2.25% for a refi with them. I called them up one day and the process flowed super smooth. I dealt with a guy named Rob Kromberg. He was my mortgage banker. Super nice and friendly guy and not pushy at all! I love how they have their online portal super user friendly which makes the process go back so easily. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your loan needs.
