I had great experience working with Mark while getting a great low rate for my home refinance. I was connected to Mark after calling Watermark loans for a refinance. He was super efficient and he was able to lock in an excellent rate for me. I was ready to start shopping for a loan refinance. I came across Watermark Home Loans with Monica Reyes as my contact. She emailed me updates every few weeks as I waited for when I wanted to lock into a rate. As time passed and I emailed, Monica responded promptly. We finally decided to go with Watermark because tehy were lower than all the other lenders. Monica was great to work with and we had a great experience.
