We had the best home refinance experience with Alex Perez at Watermark Home Loans. Alex and his team made it happened. Before contacted them I have tried other lenders and all of they felt short, some was charging too much, some wasn't offering good rate. I felt good and comfortable with the rate and fees.
I initially met Brian because the I didn’t quite trust another broker I was doing a refinance through. Brian got me a lower rate and saved us a bunch of $$$. I’ve done 3 re-fi’s through Brian the past few years. Excellent service, no BS. All up front with everything. Always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him. I’ll most definitely re-if again with him.
