We decided to jump in on the lower interest rate mortgage refi's. We had no preconceptions of who and what we might encounter. Fortunately, we happened upon Watermark and gave it a try. We had the perfect loan representative, Brian Alterman, and we're happy to recommend him as a "real human" that guided us easily through the process. We really appreciated Brian's competence and personal ethic. Highly recommend.
Michael was very good at communicating with me during the process. The loan was processed in what seems like record time and we were informed of progress throughout. We are extremely pleased with Michael!
I worked with Michael Justin Miller, he was responsive to my emails. Gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios and explained what each option meant. It was very easy to upload all the documents on the portal. Only suggestion to company would be to do more in communicating different stages of the process. I would review my progress on the company website but a first time user might find it difficult.
It was great working with Alex Perez, he made the process so much easier than my previous lenders I was going with. Whenever I had a question, he was there to answer it. He made sure I understood the loan estimate and the loan refinance process went smooth. I would highly use him again.
WaterMark was great in getting our home refinanced. They offered the best/lowest rate and worked efficiently with us to get our loan approved and completed. Worked with Monica Reyes and she was very friendly, easy to work with, and very attentive and quick with responses. She made the process go easily and smoothly. I would definitely recommend WaterMark to others looking for better mortgage rates.
We just recently completed our THIRD refinance through Jesse in the last two years. Maybe it was because we are repeat customers, but this refinance required quite a bit less paperwork. In all 3 refinances, Jesse gave us the best bang for our buck over any of the other lenders we shopped. Jesse is very personable, likes to get to know more about you, and will keep you updated as things progress.
