This was my first time with refinancing and it went very well thanks to Michael! I shopped multiple lenders and he not only provided an extremely competitive offer, but made me feel comfortable going with them. Something that stood out to me was Michael's communication - he is promptly responsive and answered all of my questions along the way. Additionally, their website to track progress and submit documents is very intuitive. In sum, I would definitely do business with them again should the need arise. Thanks Michael!

It was as it sounds, I worked with Brent Czar and his Processor Stephanie and it was Awesome Service!! Brent was always there to answer my questions and with them our refinancing was the smoothest and fastest that I experienced and we had in our changing and moving life; properties that we have been refinancing, sold and purchased and so far this was the less complicated and with the best interest rate plus every question was taking care immediately. We decided to jump in on the lower interest rate mortgage refi's. We had no preconceptions of who and what we might encounter. Fortunately, we happened upon Watermark and gave it a try. We had the perfect loan representative, Brian Alterman, and we're happy to recommend him as a "real human" that guided us easily through the process. We really appreciated Brian's competence and personal ethic. Highly recommend.

I worked with Michael Justin Miller, he was responsive to my emails. Gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios and explained what each option meant. It was very easy to upload all the documents on the portal. Only suggestion to company would be to do more in communicating different stages of the process. I would review my progress on the company website but a first time user might find it difficult.

It was great working with Alex Perez, he made the process so much easier than my previous lenders I was going with. Whenever I had a question, he was there to answer it. He made sure I understood the loan estimate and the loan refinance process went smooth. I would highly use him again.
