Paul and his team were the absolute best to work with. I had received quotes from several lenders but Paul and Regan were the ones who were the most knowledgeable and could explain the lending process to us the best. Being first-time home buyers, we needed to understand each step of the process and Paul walked us through it the whole way. He was very responsive, transparent, and positive. I've already recommended Watermark to several of my friends so I suggest you check them out too!

I found Brian to be most helpful. As everyone knows, the refinancing process is long, labor-intensive, and complicated. Recently my wife and I worked with Pete for our mortgage. During this process, we were concerned about the conditional approval, next steps, and loan process. Alex and his team made it happened. Before contacted them I have tried other lenders and all of they felt short, some was charging too much, some wasn't offering good rate. I felt good and comfortable with the rate and fees.

I initially met Brian because the I didn’t quite trust another broker I was doing a refinance through. Brian got me a lower rate and saved us a bunch of $$$. I’ve done 3 re-fi’s through Brian the past few years. Excellent service, no BS. All up front with everything. Always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him. I’ll most definitely re-if again with him.
