Jody made the process very easy. She was thorough, patient, efficient, and timely. She ensured I would get the best rate and I did. I messed up and failed to sign something at closing. She jumped on it right away and within 24 hours I returned the document and the fund8ng dates was still met.

Philippe is one of the best mortgage broker's we have ever used. He diligently searched rates daily to get us the lowest rate possible. He also, was prompt in replying to texts and emails day or night and even on holiday weekends. We cannot say enough good things about Philippe and the Watermark team. I could not find a different lender who would even come close to their refi rate and the low cost refinancing. Rob Kromberg was our mortgage banker. Very pleasant and quick to answer your questions gentleman. I definitely recommend this company. They have an automatic payment set up on their website with all the info you need about your mortgage. Awesome.

It isn't easy to refi during a quarantine and worldwide pandemic but Moses and Watermark made it happen. I got the lowest rate of my life and they guided me throughout the whole process. Moses is very responsive and attentive to our needs as a borrower. I highly recommend him.
