We refinanced our home mortgage in April 2020. We had lots of questions along the process and Tom was always readily available to answer them all with detailed explanation. He made the process so easy. We really appreciated all the work he did for us! I would highly recommend working with Tom!

Alex was great to deal with. He was on top of the entire process, from beginning to end. And it all went as planned. Alex promised at the beginning of the process that if the rates go down as we get close to the closing day, he will take advantage of it. And he kept that promise. Alex was great; he helps to find the lowest rate for my rental property. I appreciate his time and professionalism. When the interest rates went lower, I asked him if he can change it for that lower rate. And he did.

Jody was amazing during the refinance process. She was extremely patient and ensured that we got the absolute lowest rate possible. She was also very accessible and quick to respond via both email and phone - She was more than willing to spend whatever time necessary to answer all of my questions. Sandra was also great and quickly and seamlessly took care of all of the last-minute lose ends. Definitely recommend!
