We've been with Watermark since 2016. At the end of May 2020 I received an email from Wilson advertising low refinance rates. A couple months earlier I had investigated refinancing, but didn't think rates had fallen enough to be worth my time or effort. Jody was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She patiently answered all my questions (I'm a first-time refinancer, so I had a lot). Even with all the mess going on with the pandemic she took the time to answer emails, seemingly at all hours of the day.
