We have just refinanced two loans with Watermark and the Dyllon Bobo team. Jesse Somberg at Watermark Capital is one of the best mortgage bankers we know and have used his services at least three times over the past 15 to 20 years. He listens to you and finds the best loan for you and monitors and expedites the processing through loan approval, escrow, and closing answering any questions you may have. And besides that he is a delightful person with whom to do business.
