Brain clearly outlined the required information required from us for our refinancing. He kept us informed on how the refinancing was progressing. He communicated with the other people in the loan process (appraiser, underwriter, and notary) to meet our required date to sign the load documents. We have just refinanced two loans with Watermark and the Dyllon Bobo team. Jesse Somberg at Watermark Capital is one of the best mortgage bankers we know and have used his services at least three times over the past 15 to 20 years. He listens to you and finds the best loan for you and monitors and expedites the processing through loan approval, escrow, and closing answering any questions you may have.
