We were turned down by two other lenders prior to working with Cathy and her team. After being told on both occasions that we did not qualify for the loan in question, even I was skeptical when Cathy assured us they could get the job done. Cathy and her team were extremely responsive to all of our questions and constantly kept us up to date throughout the process. They did what they said they were going to do and delivered.

I found Wil to be extremely professional and helpful. He explained what would be required for the refinanced ,how the process worked, and that my loan will close in 30 days. When I was strapped for time, he even met with me to pick up my paper work. He called or email me letting me what each step was and what to expect. I would highly recommend Wil Daly.

Brain clearly outlined the required information required from us for our refinancing. He kept us informed on how the refinancing was progressing. He communicated with the other people in the loan process (appraiser, underwriter, and notary) to meet our required date to sign the load documents.
