Ameer Jalal and Jesse Chappell were great to work with! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and offered the absolute best loan out of the 6 lenders I compared. They quickly answered any question I emailed them. Everything went smoothly, and the total process took one month.

This is the second refi I've done with Philippe Mouradian at Watermark. I highly recommend this company and Philippe. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced in his profession. Everything went as smooth as possible. Closing happened around 30 days as advertised. Aside from the final closing (which watermark set-up and booked a lawyer to come to our house) everything happens online in a very user friendly system.

I had a great experience working with Philippe Mouradian. I have closed two loans with him in the past couple of years. He reached out to me to let me know that rates had dropped, which I really appreciated as I was able to refinance to a 15 year loan at a much better rate.
