Everything went as smooth as possible. Closing happened around 30 days as advertised. Aside from the final closing (which watermark set-up and booked a lawyer to come to our house) everything happens online in a very user friendly system.

I had a great experience working with Philippe Mouradian. I have closed two loans with him in the past couple of years. He reached out to me to let me know that rates had dropped, which I really appreciated as I was able to refinance to a 15 year loan at a much better rate. I highly recommend this firm. I had some personal grave issues that I needed sympathetic time and were humble. They worked patiently with me and provided sound suggestions. All hassle-free.
