I worked with Patrick and his processor, Jeannie. My refinance was not easy since I had to make Patrick wait while I finished constructing my home which took longer than I thought. Even though he had to wait months until I finished, he did not give up on me. When I was finally ready, Patrick was able to get my loan locked at the rate I wanted.
