I worked with Patrick and his processor, Jeannie. My refinance was not easy since I had to make Patrick wait while I finished constructing my home which took longer than I thought. Cathy was very easy to work with and fast. We had documents to sign and "to do" tasks waiting for us in our inbox within half a day or even minutes after our phone conversation. The entire process start to finish was 2x faster than friends of ours who are using a different lender. The interest rate was the best we could find and fees were very reasonable.
