Nathan was amazing. He made the lending process so easy even though I wasn't in the state. I sure it isn't easy dealing with me a nervous wreck but he always was on top of my phone calls and answering any questions at any point of the process.

Ben has been our Mortgage guy for finance of one property and re-finance of another. Both times he and his team have done a excellent job leading us through the whole process. I give my absolute strongest recommendation for Nathan and his team. I am grateful I was referred to them by my real estate agent. Nathan found a very competitive rate and walked me through every step of the process. The rates, closing costs and fees for my 30 year fixed conventional loan were lower than I expected!
