I would highly recommend Seth and his team for any of your mortgage needs. The group over at Waterstone mortgage did a fantastic job for me with my refinance. Instruction were very clear, responses to questions I had were very timely, and overall just a pleasure to deal with. My entire refinance was done 100% remotely without a hitch. Should I ever have any needs i'll be reaching out to them again.

Mary and Melanie both were a very good help and made my first time home purchase very smooth and easy. I highly recommend using their services whether it's your first time home buying or not. I knew my loan was approved in a fast and timely manner. Their online services were easy to understand and use. I also would get plenty of updates to know when any tasks needed to be completed in order to stay on track with my closing. Overall an outstanding process.
