I don’t know that I can say enough good things about working with Mary! She took the time to answer every single question I had (even working with me on weekends as my work schedule can be weird). I told her a monthly payment I wanted to stay under and she was able to give me a breakdown at multiple price points to know what I could comfortably afford. My realtor raved about her as well! We started our process on September 7th, and we closed on October 12th. Seth and his team did an awesome job. They were professional, timely and trustworthy. They made the entire process easy for us. Seth and the team were available to answer all of our questions, no matter the day or time of day, as they made themselves very accessible to us. Being a first time home buyer, it was nerve racking at first and I didn’t know what to expect. Seth was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. Even when it came down to numbers and finalizing things, I asked him to break each portion down for me, and he did with no hesitation. I would definitely use Seth and Waterstone Mortgage Again. She will get you through the loan process very quickly and efficiently. I have worked with Mary on several mortgages and she has always provided the same excellent customer service. Seth Stern was great! My Sister-in-law recommended him to me as I was wanting to refinance and never done anything with a house before. I will say it was an easy process!
