I have used Mary’s services for my last 3 home purchases. I even recommended her to my parents. Thorough, professional and easy to work with. Buying real estate is stressful enough, why not work with a lender that is the best in the business. Mary and her team are fantastic.

Mary and her team were excellent throughout the process in making it easy to process all of the needed documents for my mortgage approval. She and her team also explained the process and did a great job advising me on timing for my loan processing. I appreciate also that there was a sense of urgency through the entire process without becoming an overwhelming or giving a frazzled feel. I would highly recommend Seth and his team for any of your mortgage needs. The group over at Waterstone mortgage did a fantastic job for me with my refinance. Instruction were very clear, responses to questions I had were very timely, and overall just a pleasure to deal with. My entire refinance was done 100% remotely without a hitch. Should I ever have any needs i'll be reaching out to them again.
