Joe was very helpful in answering any questions I had and proactively worked to get us the best loan rate possible. On top of that he was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Highly recommended.
I was hesitant to stay with Joe as he was a referral from an agent that I had a falling out with. However, I decided to stick it out when Joe expressed interest in still working with me. I did not regret the decision. The only hiccups were lender related not with Joe or his customer service, professionalism, or knowledge. He has never filed to answer a question from me (and I had a few) and he has stayed in touch after the sale to make sure we're doing well. I would definitely use Joe again for a mortgage.
Joseph went above and beyond with helping us acquire a mortgage. He was always available and responded right away. He even came to our old residence to have us sign paperwork because we had a newborn at home. I would recommend Joseph to everyone!
