I spoke to 3 other lenders and was given different information from each one and the wrong info. Then I found Gwen! She was very knowlegeable and guided me through the entire home loan process. She was there to answer all my questions from beginning to end and even after closing. She delivered everything she said she would. She works with a great team of people. I would definitely recommend Gwen Swain to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Gwen was always making herself available even on nights and weekends. She was quick to respond and even pick up the phone when I had questions to further explain and ensure I understood. Everything went smoothly and she was a great lender!

Gwen worked really hard on getting us our home. There were a lot of bumps in the road trying to get a loan from another state. Gwen made it as smooth as she could.

Everyone needs to use Gwen. She is always available to help no matter the time of day. It was so easy to get in touch with her over the phone, through email, and even text. She is the BEST in customer service. I wish I experienced her level of customer service in everything I do because it was phenomenal. She also got everything done in a short amount of time which made my life a lot easier. I’ll definitely be using her in the future.
