Gwen was amazing. Moving out of state could have been a total nightmare, but not with Gwen. Being self employed was an issue for other lenders, and I was turned away from many despite my good credit. Gwen made my loan happen and made it happen without any stress at all. She was the consummate pro, and went the next level for us without question. She was SO great. Highly recommend.

Gwen Swain made the process seamless... Being new to the area and being told I needed to wait 6 months to a year to purchase a home by another lender I was heart broke. I met with Gwen and within 48 hours I was on the road to my new forever home!!!

Gwen is incredible! Coming from out of state, Gwen helped us understand all of Idaho's lending options. Gwen made my hubby and I feel very comfortable with the entire process.
