Gwen is amazing! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and bought a home from out of state. We didn’t know where to begin. Absolutely amazing with Gwen. As a first time homebuyer the process is already unknown. She walked us through each and every step. Step by step until closing. Gwen was great to work with and connected with us after hours when we first started the process and whenever we had questions!! She explained everything so we could understand and was always on top of it!! We had to wait awhile and she made sure to check in while we waited!!! Gwen took her time to find which loan would work for us. We went through several scenarios either VA or conventional for several different houses. Gwen always had a great attitude and was willing to work with us and help. She also responds to emails and phone calls immediately. We love her!

Buying a house is stressful. Buying a house in another state adds another level of craziness, but Gwen was on top of it! Talk about a stress free transaction. She made everything so simple and easy. There were no hiccups on Gwen's side at all. She assured us through the process that everything was fine and the update emails that were sent walked us through everything.
