Gwen was great to work with and connected with us after hours when we first started the process and whenever we had questions!! She explained everything so we could understand and was always on top of it!! We had to wait awhile and she made sure to check in while we waited!!! Gwen took her time to find which loan would work for us. We went through several scenarios either VA or conventional for several different houses. Gwen always had a great attitude and was willing to work with us and help. She also responds to emails and phone calls immediately. We love her!
