Gwen was very understanding and helpful. She explained things that were confusing and even put up with the dozen questions we had in a timely manner. She was really friendly and her attitude was always upbeat. She really knows her stuff. She made it easy for us, and as someone who has an already hectic life, that's exactly what I needed.

Gwen and her team took care of my family through the entire process as we relocated from Seattle to the Boise area. She was thorough and always hung with me on last minute or late night questions.
