I purchased a couch May of 2023, within just a few months the entire couch was falling apart. I bought the 5 year warranty and have been trying for months to get in contact with someone about correcting this issue. I made my first claim July 2024 and nothing has ever come from it. Every time I put in a claim, I’ll get an email saying the claim is closed. No one on the phone has been helpful. The cushions are busting at the seams and are peeling.

I purhased a Recliner from WCC in Lafayette and they gave me a new Recliner in a box. When I got it home it wasn't as comfortable as the one on the Showroom floor! After reading their posted return Policy I thought I would give it a few days to see if it would get better after I sat on it a few days, it didn't! So I went back to WCC to see if they would exchange the Recliner they gave me for the one on the showroom floor that I actually sat on.
