Just purchased a dresser on a one day sale. I was aware of the no warranty being it was on sale, but wasn’t expecting it to be broken when we took the box off of it. Two drawers cracked, one completely apart.☹️ first purchase here, may be my only one.
Business response:
While this item may have no warranty for later damages, this is a new item that you just unboxed damaged from the manufacturer’s original packaging and is eligible for exchange. Our service department did try to reach out to you and left a voicemail. Please call our store at your earliest convenience and we can get this resolved for you 337-993-3303
