I purchased a Malouf E255 adjustable base with a solid wood frame, that was supposed to work in conjunction with it from WCC Furniture outlet last month. Upon delivery and installation of my new bed set, they told me they could not install the slats that hold the frame together underneath the adjustable base, because the legs on the base were not long enough. Wait times are ridiculous and their communication with customers waiting for furniture is NONEXISTENT! The furniture that is delivered isn’t even close to quality you expect, material tears/rips for no reason and any pressure/wait on foot rest causes the “steel” frames to warp.
RecommendedWell I walked in and told the salesman exactly what I wanted and he didn't push me to get anything that I didn't need or want.
We bought a mattress and bedroom set here a month ago with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. We have already made payments on this furniture. NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THERE IS A 6 MONTH DELAY ON DELIVERY.....WTF... Offered for us to come in and see if there is anything else we like, but all has a month + wait, except for 1 ugly cheap looking set. WCC...NEVER AGAIN!!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything that’s not in stock from this place. Their dates always change and there’s no follow up calls to inform the customers. I get that things happens but, if a customer is still waiting for their furniture 3 months after the date it was supposed to be delivered the least you guys can do is give them a courtesy call.
The time is not taken to familiarize themselves with the customer’s wants and needs concerning their purchase.
Ordered my bed and dresser with mirror in March! Called 3 times because I never heard from them EVER! 2 months later and they tell me it SHOULD be in next month!! Y’all said 3-5 weeks, not 3-5 months!!! When I called to speak to a manager on delivery, I got someone who sounded like a teenager who kept telling me “ok” and was quiet. Never sounded concerned or cared that I’ve been waiting months. Got my FULL refund and will NEVER shop here again!!
I HATE giving bad reviews, I bought a bed and dresser, picked it up, it was wrapped in brown card board and clear paper, get home to set up, wrong foot board & wrong dresser, I was given a dresser that was on clearance, called, they tried to make it right by delivering the right furniture for free which took a week, I get mistakes happen!! The right furniture was delivered today, the 2 front corners of the dresser were broke off, apparently whoever wrapped it KNEW because it was placed the first drawer!
