The sales people will lie and tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. the sectional was really nice! until it wasn’t. and we tried to utilize the warranty that WE paid hundreds of dollars for and suddenly we can get any help. i requested a new cushion cover and a pillow because within 3 months of owning the couch, both ripped. RecommendedRefuse to honor their warranties on a couch less than a year old that has cushions falling apart. Do not recommend. Poor quality and shady business practices regarding warranties they issued.

Wait times are ridiculous and their communication with customers waiting for furniture is NONEXISTENT! The furniture that is delivered isn’t even close to quality you expect, material tears/rips for no reason and any pressure/wait on foot rest causes the “steel” frames to warp.
