The sales people will lie and tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. the sectional was really nice! until it wasn’t. and we tried to utilize the warranty that WE paid hundreds of dollars for and suddenly we can get any help. i requested a new cushion cover and a pillow because within 3 months of owning the couch, both ripped. RecommendedRefuse to honor their warranties on a couch less than a year old that has cushions falling apart. Do not recommend. Poor quality and shady business practices regarding warranties they issued.

I purchased a Malouf E255 adjustable base with a solid wood frame, that was supposed to work in conjunction with it from WCC Furniture outlet last month. Upon delivery and installation of my new bed set, they told me they could not install the slats that hold the frame together underneath the adjustable base, because the legs on the base were not long enough. Wait times are ridiculous and their communication with customers waiting for furniture is NONEXISTENT! The furniture that is delivered isn’t even close to quality you expect, material tears/rips for no reason and any pressure/wait on foot rest causes the “steel” frames to warp.

RecommendedWell I walked in and told the salesman exactly what I wanted and he didn't push me to get anything that I didn't need or want.
We bought a mattress and bedroom set here a month ago with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. We have already made payments on this furniture. NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THERE IS A 6 MONTH DELAY ON DELIVERY.....WTF... Offered for us to come in and see if there is anything else we like, but all has a month + wait, except for 1 ugly cheap looking set. WCC...NEVER AGAIN!!
