Don’t buy your dress from here. I was pushed into buying a dress, assured all my fit concerns would be remedied with tailoring. Didn’t trust my gut and I should have.

This review is for the bridal stylist, Jenna Darby, and not necessarily for the shop. She had a horrible attitude - not one smile, not one look of wanting to be helpful. It felt like I was begging her to help me vs her wanting to find me a dress. I also never saw dresses that were above the $3k price point even tho I told her my budget was up to $10k. The staff here are wildly rude and pushy. I've heard bad things from friends and just had a bad experience here. Don't waste your time and money!

I picked this dress shop for a specific designer, and ordered my dress in June of 2021. It didn't arrive until 3 weeks prior to my wedding (Aug 2022) and looked a lot different than what I had actually picked. Because it came in so late, I didn't have any opportunity to change it to what I really wanted/said yes to. I was so excited for my appointment here but it was horrendous. The consultant who worked with me pushed one designer on me and did not listen to what I asked for. I tried on 5 dresses and when I didn’t love any of them and asked to try on others, she told me she had nothing else. Really? The appointment ended early. I’ve gone dress shopping with friends at places like Saks, Bergdorf, l’Fay, Designer Loft, and Kleinfelds. Terrible experience. Would not go back. Measurements were wrong so when dress came in, did not fit. I had measurements taken the same month for a different dress and those were a half inch larger than the ones wedding atelier had taken. Instead of accepting a possible mistake, was told in the fitting room that they've 'seen this with a lot of covid brides'. I had in fact lost weight due to the stress of my job. Alicia she is great. But my shopping experience was really BAD! when I almost finished all of the fitting and changed back to my clothes, Alicia left from that room and another sales who is Africa American(I don’t know her name) she called my sales so many times, my friend told her Alisa is not in the fitting room.(she know I was in there) She just opened that door and grab the dress when I NEAKED WITHOUT my permission!!! that’s SO RUDE and RIDICULOUS!!!! Very friendly consultant but really bad selection of sizes. I am a street size 12 and had a super uncomfortable experience there where very few dresses fit and most were just held up against me, which is no way to choose a dress. Again, people were nice but they really need to work on their sample size selection to accommodate more body types. (Alternatively, I had a great experience at lovely bride)

I purchased a custom Suzanne Neville gown from Wedding Atelier in early February for my wedding in early September. The shopping experience was fine/average and the sales representative was helpful and kept within my budget.
